Bathroom Remodeling	I will put in a bid or I will charge by the hour.
Plumbing	All fixtures installed or repaired, snake drains up to 1.12", disposals replaced. $75 an hour. with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Walls	Drywall hang and finish small jobs, drywall and plaster repair. $60 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Electrical	Installing or repairing fixtures, outlets, switches, outside lights & more. $75 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Odd Jobs	Stucco repair, $60 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Power Washing	Outside of house are where ever needed. I will put in a bid.
Painting	Interior anytime of the year. Exterior if the weather is right. $60 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Landscaping	Yes. I will put in a bid.
Welding	$60 an hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Door / Windows	Inside doors only hang or repair, slider doors installed or repaired, pocket doors installed or repaired. Repair windows, I don't replace outside doors or windows. $60 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Glass / Screens	Installed or repaired. $60 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Ceramic tile	Walls, floors, showers, tubs, counters, and back splashes installed or repaired. Grout installed or repaired.  $60 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge. If I bring my wet saw the charge will be $60 an hour with a 4 hour minimum charge.
Grout	Floor or wall tiles cleaned or regrouted. $60 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Masonry / Concrete	Tuck point, patch or repair, installed sidewalks and patios. $75 an hour with a 2 hour minimum charge.
Carpet Cleaning	I have a commercial carpet cleaner. I will put in a bid.
Custom made in my shop.	Custom made paintable bookcases, shelves, work benches, or computer desks for home, garage, or office that I can build and finish in my shop and deliver to the home owner. $60 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
