This is a bathroom that I remodeled. I
had to go through the floor in order to put more footers in the ground so that I could jack up the bathroom floor about two
inches higher than it was. Whoever built this room addition (with bathroom) several years ago had this structure sitting
on concrete blocks that were resting on the ground with no footers. It also had a utility room with washer and dryer
hook-ups. That was

behind me. As you can see I am standing
where a wall had been. I enlarged this bathroom into the laundry room. I also added cable TV and a telephone.
Your reference point is the black pipe where the old toilet was. I reainstalled the new toilet in the same spot.
I rebuilt the laundry room with washer and dryer hook-ups in the adjacent room.

This is a bathroom that I built in a basement. Your reference point is the white pipe sticking
upward from the floor.
This bathroom was in bad shape. The floor had rotten through over a period of years from a
leaking copper pipe behind the tub faucet. I basically put the lavatory, toilet,
